So we do both. Weekly pool service handles the water — skimming, brushing, baskets, filter pressure, and a full test with adjustment. Low-pressure exterior cleaning handles the surfaces feeding it — decks, cages, driveways, and roofs. When the whole outdoor space is on one plan, the pool is easier to keep stable and the property simply looks maintained.
We also stay honest about scope. If something needs a licensed trade, a structural repair, or equipment work we do not perform, we will say so and tell you what we are seeing instead of guessing at it.
